TREE IN RIP CHARLIE BRO CHRISTMAS TREES LEFT –. RAND IT MAKES THE CHOICE EASIER. THERE WERE TWO LEFT AT OUR CHRISTMAS TREE LOT. KELLY: AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A WALL YOU CAN MAYBE PUT A SMALLER ONE, NO ONE WILL KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. RANDI: OUR TEMPERATURES ARE PUTTING US IN THAT DECEMBER MOOD. TEMPERATURES ARE RUNNING BELOW AVERAGE BUT WE HAVE NOT HAD A STRETCH OF FIVE DAYS WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 30’S SINCE JANUARY. LOOKING AT THE CO AIR, OR EXPECTED HIGH IS 39 DEGREES BEFORE MOST PEOPLE WOKE UP. OUR TEMPERATURE HAS BEEN SLIDING EVER SINCE AND FOR THE REST OF THE WORK WEEK, OUR HIGH IS EXPECTED IN THE 30’ THAT’S BELOW OUR NORMAL HIGH OF 42. IT’S STILL PRETTY GRAY OUTSIDE WITH THE CLOUDS AND WE ARE DOWN 30 DEGREES THE NORTHWEST WIND IS 30 MILES PER HOUR AND IT FEELS LIKE 23 SO A CHILLY AFTERNOON. I WOULD EXPECT TO SEE SO SUNSHINE PICKING UP BUT NOW THE CLOUDS ARE THICK ALL BACK INDY. HAVE SOME PATIENT THIS AFTERNOON. TONIGHT, THE CLOUDS CLEAR OUT AND TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BACK TO THE 20’S. A COOLER START TOMORROW MORNING AND LOOKING AT THE LIVE RADAR, THE RAIN THAT CAME THROUGH THE SOUTHERN COMMUNITIES EARLY MORNING IS NOW MOVING AS A BIGGER STORM TOWARD THE EAST COAST. WE ARE WAITING ON HER NECK STORM SYSTEM AND THIS IS THE ONE THAT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BRING US SOME SNOW WEDNESDAY. IT ALSO MAY BRING IN SOME RAIN AND SOME FREEZING RAIN. THIS SYSTEM IS BACK OVER THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN WEST BUT IT WILL MEANDER TOWARD US. IT’S NOT JUST CHARGING ACROSS THE COUNTRY. IT WILL HEAD TOWARD OKLAHOMA CITY AND EVENTUALLY HAD BACKUP TO CINCINNATI. THE TIMING CAN SHIFT IN THE LOCATION CAN SHIFT A LITTLE BIT. WE WILL TALK ABOUT WHAT’S HEADING OUR WAY AS OF RIGHT NOW FOR THE WEDNESDAY SYSTEM. THIS AFTERNOON, CLOUDY SKIES, SOME SUNSHINE AND THEN YOU CAN EXPE TOMORROW GENERALLY CLOUDY SKIES THROUGH THE DAY AND THEIR HIGH ONLY 36 DEGREES ON TUESDAY. INTO TUESDAY NIGHTWEDNESDAY MORNING, LIKELY AFTER MIDNIGHT, WE WILL SEE THE FIRST SNOW SHOWERS DRIFTING IN OUR DIRECTION AND THEY WILL BE WITH US FOR THE MORNING DRIVE. AIR TEMPERATURES WILL BE BELOW FREEZING SO I WOULD EXPECT INITIALLY WEDNESDAY TO SEE SOME SNOW ACCUMULATION AND THROUGH THE DAY AND WE WAR UP, THE POTENTIAL IS THERE FOR RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN. THAT MAY MESS WITH THE TOTALS BUT THE TIMING STARTS BY 5:00 A.M. WEDNESDAY MORNING AND MIXING IN THE AFTERNOON AND LOOKS LIKE IT’S GONE BY 6:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY EVENING. AS FAR A TOTALS, WE HAVE A RANGE OF ABOUT HALF AN INC TO 1.5 INCHES ACROSS THE AREA AND MAYBE FREEZING RAIN TO THE SOU AND SOUTHEAST WHICH WOULD CUT DOWN ON YOUR SNOW MAYBE ADD SOME ICE. SNOW FOR THE MORNING DRIVE AND A SLUSHY, WET AFTERNOON. THE EARLY PICTURE SHOWS ABOUT HALF AN INCH TO AN INCH FOR MOST OF US AND MAYBE A LITTLE MORE ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA. EXPECTED TO BE CLEARING AND 24 DEGREES THIS EVENING. TOMORROW, 36 WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES AND THERE IS A WEATHER WEDNESDAY IMPAC DAY, SNOW CHANGING TO A MIX IN THE AFTERNOON, KEEPING A COOL THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH A SLIGHT WARM-UP FOR
